(a) Mouse cortical cells (T4) were treated with either DMSO or 5 μM fisetin (FST) for 3 h. The levels of mTOR, p70S6K and 4E-BP1 phosphorylation were analyzed by immunoblotting using the anti-pmTOR, pp70S6K and p4E-BP1 antibodies, respectively. (b,c) Bar graphs represent the relative ratio of phosphorylated p70S6K (b) and 4E-BP1 (c) normalized with that of total p70S6K and 4E-BP1, respectively.
