The fusion proteins CaMV35S::GFP, CaMV35S:GhNAC2-GFP and CaMV35S:ΔGhNAC2-GFP were transiently expressed in onion epidermal cells by particle bombardment (as described in the methods section) and visualized under a confocal microscope.
