Single-turnover kinetics of mouse and human EndoV on ss and ds IIUI-RNA substrates.

30 nM enzymes were incubated with 1 nM ss IIUI-RNA or ds IIUI-RNA substrates and samples were withdrawn at time points as indicated and analyzed by PAGE. A one phase association model (solid line) was fitted to three parallel, independent experiments for calculation of the turnover rate kobs.
