Helices are denoted α1–α7 and extended β-strands β1–β8. The invariant Tyr91 and the three catalytic residues Asp52, Glu100 and Asp126 are labelled. The sequence reference codes for the NCBI protein database are listed. Sequences were aligned by Clustal Omega41 and the figure was made with the JalView software. The secondary structure element assignment was calculated with DSSP/WhatIf42,43.
