(b) Co-immunoprecipitation of FLAG-tagged protein and MYH9 in MARC-145-NFlag and MARC-145-GP5Flag cell lysates using rabbit anti-MYH9 or rabbit anti-FLAG M2 antibodies. Co-IP products were analyzed by immunoblotting with mouse anti-FLAG M2 or Mab2-5G2 antibodies.
