(A) Levels of the pro-inflammatory cytokines IL-6, IL-8 and IL-22 in the jejunum. (B) Neutrophil infiltration into the mucosa of the jejunum was determined by immunohistochemical staining with an antibody against MPO (bars, 100 μm). (C) Relative mRNA expression and protein levels of TLR4 and MyD88 in the jejunum. (D) The phosphorylation of NF-κB, IκB-α and AKT was determined by Western blotting.
