(a) mRNA expression levels of Aqp3 in whole lungs. Total RNA was extracted from lungs obtained from mice on day 21 (n = 3 for each group) and on day 28 (n = 4 for each group). Aqp3 mRNA was assessed by real-time RT-PCR. (b,c) Immunohistochemistry of AQP3 in the lung.
