H19 plays an important role in cisplatin resistance by regulating GSH metabolism.

(A) “NRF2-targeted” genes identified by proteomic analysis and nrf2ome database (http://nrf2.elte.hu/). (B) Cell viability of four cell lines under Hydrogen peroxide treatment (25,50,100,200 μM) in 24 hours. (C) Intracellular GSH level of four cell lines, the GSH content were determined by the HPLC method. (D) Cisplatin sensitivity of A2780-DR cell after BSO treatment. Cisplatin resistant cell A2780-DR treated with BSO (100 μM) for 24 hours. After medium replacement, two groups of cells (A2780-DR, A2780-DR-BSO) were treated with cisplatin (5 μM, 10 μM, 20 μM) for next 24 hours and the cell viability was measured after that.
