Full blot images were included in supplementary information. (e) BiFC assay was performed in VN-14-3-3γ-transfected HEK293T cells with VC-ANO1 or ANO1-VC. Fluorescent signals provide evidence of the proximity of the two proteins at the plasma membrane (DsRed-Mem) as indicated by the yellow color (white arrow). Scale bars, 10 μm.
