(b) The total number of CD4+ T cells in the inguinal lymph nodes of CIA mice is significantly lower in BB-Cl-amidine-treated mice. (c) BB-Cl-amidine decreases the percentage of proliferating CD4+ T cells (CD4+ BrdU+) in response to anti-CD3 antibody stimulation ex vivo. (a–c) Error bars represent ± SEM.
