Owing to volumetric averaging of the IR signal, the graphene temperature is ~3x larger than that measured by IR (see Supporting Information). (b) Percentage of device area possessing a temperature greater than 1/2 the maximum measured temperature. Devices capable of dissipating more power heat more uniformly.
