(B) Schematic diagrams of two luciferase reporters containing the wild type CASC2 (psiCHECK2-CASC2-WT) and mutant CASC2 (psiCHECK2-CASC2-MU) abolishing targeting by miR-18a. Luciferase activity in CACO2 (C) and HT-29 (D) cells co-transfected with miR-18a or miR-4735 mimics and the indicated luciferase reporters or control. Renilla luciferase activity was measured and normalized to firefly luciferase.
