(b,c) Downregulated expression of GCN5 reduced GCN5 binding to the promoter of DKK1 in H-PDLSCs/siGCN5 and P-PDLSCs. The promoters of DKK1 were ChIP-ed with anti-GCN5 antibody or IgG control.
