ChIP experiments revealed the changes of histone modifications (A) (full-length gels in Fig. S3; n > 3 biological samples) and Ash1L (B) (full-length gels in Fig. S3; n = 4 biological samples) in the nrxn1α promoter 24 hours after high K+ stimulation in primary neuronal cultures (E16, ICR strain).
