Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) analysis of CYP144A1-TRV.

Panels (A–C) show DSC thermograms for ligand-free, econazole-bound (30 μΜ) and clotrimazole-bound (30 μΜ) forms of CYP144A1-TRV (8 μΜ), respectively. The collected data (thick black line) and fitting (dotted line) are shown in each case. The Tm values are at 47 °C, 50 °C and 50 °C, respectively.
