Five replicates each of human PBMC’s were either infected with TTSuV1, an unrelated DNA control or remained as uninfected cell controls. Bars represent the average mean fluorescence intensity [MFI] values of the five replicates after subtraction of the mean background fluorescence of the media controls. *Significantly different from the cell control as assessed by a Student’s T test.
