GhLTPG1 protein specifically transfers PtdInsPs in vitro.

GhLTPG1 specifically transfers PtdIns3P, PtdIns4P and PtdIns5P from heavy donor liposomes to light acceptor liposomes, but cannot transfer PtdIns(4,5)P₂. Arrows indicate the peak of analyzed phosphatidylinositol in acceptor liposomes using LC-MS/MS.
