The time point used for cell collection was set at OD6001.0 (indicated by the dotted line). Data are from three independent biological experiments. Each experiment involved three replicates for each strain. (B) Overexpression of lesR almost impaired the HSAF production in strain OH11. The HSAF production (indicated by the red arrow) from the collected cells, as noted in part (A), was extracted and determined by HPLC.
