Data are the mean and standard deviation (SD) of samples from 10 mice. P values are for the one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) comparing treatment groups with untreated mice. ***P < 0.001, **P < 0.01 and *P < 0.05 compared with the Con or OVX group; ###P < 0.001 and #P < 0.05 compared with the GS group or EV group; ∆∆∆P < 0.001, ∆∆P < 0.01 and P < 0.05 compared with the GS group or EV group; P < 0.01, P < 0.01 and P < 0.05 compared with the Sham group.
