(A) Western blot analysis of the phenotypic markers, including E-cadherin, Vimentin and ZEB1 in miR-139-5p overexpression cells. Ī²-Actin expression was used as the loading control. (B) Confocal microscopy analysis of the phenotypic markers, including E-cadherin and Vimentin. The red signal represents the staining of the corresponding protein and the blue signal represents the nuclear DNA staining by DAPI.
