Reference chr (stands for chromosome) containing from chr1 to X chr is colored in a variety of different colors in peripheral boxes. And, copy number variation (CNV), coverage and histogram indicating SNP density of sample plotted per 10-kb windows are colored in black, green and blue colors, respectively. Structural variations (SVs) including deletion (red), translocation (orange), inversion (green) and duplication (blue) are indicated by lines and links. Black lines passed through the coverage (green) and the histogram (blue) refers to the integration sites of transgenes in the reference chr.
