WT and KO mice were injected with MAP (1 mg/kg, i.p.), and their total distance traveled in open field test was recorded. (A) Total distance traveled by WT and KO mice injected with saline or MAP for 5 consecutive days at days 1–5. Data are represented as the means and standard errors of the mean for the indicated numbers (n) of mice, 10 for each genotype. The p-value from two-way repeated-measures ANOVA for each test (0–60 min, 60–180 min, WT with MAP vs KO with MAP) is presented. (B) Sensitization of locomotor response measured at 20 minutes after the administration of MAP on 5 consecutive days. The p-value from two-way repeated-measures ANOVA (WT vs KO) is presented.
