Serial dilutions of vehicle (control) were also used. Data are expressed by setting the absorbance of the reduced MTT in the absence of climacostol as 100%. The data points represent the results obtained from 4 independent experiments. (c) Flow cytometry analysis of B16-F10 proliferation at 8 and 24 h after cell treatment with climacostol (30 μg/ml) or vehicle (control).
