The cells were treated with TNFα and IFNγ (20 ng/ml each) for 3 h, and then the cells were directly treated with argon gas (GO) or NTP for the indicated times. 24 h after the NTP treatment, the changes in the morphology and population density of the cells were monitored by taking a magnified picture of the cells (a), and then the cells were harvested and used for RT-PCR analysis (b). The data shown are representative of 4 independent experiments, *p < 0.05. TI: TNFα and IFNγ.
