Overview of differentially expressed genes between control and salt stress in T. aestivum.
(a) Fold change distribution of differentially expressed genes; (b) Out of 17,911 unigenes, 2,495 were differentially expressed, including 865 up-regulated and 1,630 unigenes as down-regulated. 2,171 unigenes were uniquely expressed in control, whereas, 2,036 unigenes were uniquely expressed under salt stress.
