In the liver tissues of HFD-fed BI-1 WT mice infected with GFP control virus and BI-1-expressing virus, ER was fractionized. With the ER fractions, hepatic MDA and 4-HNE levels (a), TBARS (b), and GSH/GSSG ratio (c) were measured. (d) For the indicated gene analysis, quantitative real-time RT-PCR was performed. Expression values were normalized to GAPDH mRNA levels.
