Effect of 58-F on lysosomal membrane permeability.
(A) LysoTracker Green staining (scale bar = 10 μm) is shown. Ten thousand cells were plated in a 60 mm confocal plate and after the designated treatments, the cells were incubated with 75 nM LysoTracker Green for 30 min at 37 °C. (B) Quantification of the LysoTracker Green staining is shown. (C) Levels of LAMP1 mRNA were measured in cells by qRT-PCR. (D,E) Levels of LAMP1 protein were measured in cells by Western blotting and quantification is shown.
