SH2-U-box suppresses the growth of K562- and K562R- xenograft.
Subcutaneous K562- and K562R-xenografts were established by injecting 1 × 107 cells into nude mice or SCID mice at both flanks and thereafter, each mouse was treated with SH2-carry lentivirus at one side and SH2-U-box-carrying lentivirus at the other side. (A) Tumors growth were measured (n = 3). (B) At the end of the experiment, tumors were removed and weighed (n = 3). (C) The tumor samples were prepared and subjected to Western blotting with BCR-ABL signaling antibodies, PARP and FLAG antibody. (D) H&E staining and Ki-67 immunostaining analysis were performed with the tumor tissues.
