(b–d) GO analysis of the decreased newly synthetic proteins in HSP60-KN cells compared to the control cells showing that proteins in protein metabolic process and nucleobase-containing compound metabolic process exhibited a lower synthesis rate in HSP60-KN-U87 cells.
