EGCG-induced effects on apoptotic regulatory proteins in HCC cells and reversal of these effects by F2,6BP.

Western blot analysis of the expression of Bad, mito-Bcl2, mito-Bcl-xl, cyto-Bax, mito-Bax, cyto-Bak and mito-Bak in HCC cells treated as indicated. Actin and hsp-60 served as loading controls.
