  1. Miniature endplate potentials (MEPPs) were recorded from the left diaphragm of wild-type and Rspo2−/− mice at E18.5. Relative areas of the fifth and first compound muscle action potentials (CMAPs) at the 2-Hz stimulation of the sciatic nerve are indicated. Statistical significance (p) was calculated with the t-test. Mean and standard error of mean (SEM) are indicated.
