Leptin knockdown decreases lymphangiogenesis in vivo.

The expression of VEGF-C and miR-27b in indicated cells were analyzed by qPCR (A,C), western blotting (A) and ELISA (B). The CM were added to LECs and examined tube formation activity (D). The CM were also added to Transwell and examined LECs migration activity (E). After 28 days injected with indicated cells in mice, the tumors were embedded in paraffin and sections were immunostained using LYEC and VEGF-C antibodies. The quantitative results were expressed as mean ± SEM. *P < 0.05 as compared with control group; #P < 0.05 as compared with leptin-treated group.
