(a,b,e) H460 cells were pretreated with 50 mM 3-MA, 100 nM BAF or 20 μM SP600125 for 1 h prior to treatment with 5 μM PP242 or 10 μM OSI-027 for 24 h. (c,d,f) H460 cells were transfected with control, Atg5, or Atg7, or JNK1/2 siRNAs for 16 h, and subsequently treated with 5 μM PP242 or 10 μM OSI-027 for 24 h. Cell viability was measured using the MTT assay. The data are presented as the mean percentage of control ± SD (n = 3, **p < 0.01, *p < 0.05).
