The MRAP dimers are colored according to their energy sequence red < yellow < green. This indicates the most probable complex is MC1R (grey) and MRAP dimer (red) and second most probable complex will be MC1R (grey) and MRAP dimer (yellow) while third most probable complex will be MC1R (grey) and MRAP dimer (green).
