The mRNA levels of PPAR-γ and -α in the NTS and NG in HFD + saline, CTL + saline and HFD + rhFGF21–3w (5 μg/kg/day, 3 weeks, i.p) rats. n = 4 duplications from 8–12 rats for each group. Results were analyzed using one-way ANOVA followed by Bonferroni’s post hoc test and averaged data were presented as mean ± SEM. NS, not significant, *P < 0.05 and **P < 0.01 vs. CTL + saline; †P < 0.05 and ††P < 0.01 vs. HFD + saline.
