Liver MNCs from mice with male-only infection for 4 weeks were stimulated with SWA (50 μg/ml), SEA (20 μg/ml), IL-33 (10 ng/ml) for 48 h before the surface markers staining. Cells were stained for ST2L, F4/80, MHCII, and CD11b and analyzed by FACS gated on F4/80⁺ cells. (a) The number is the percentage of positive cells, respectively.
