The effects of TSG-6 level on the inflammatory cells infiltrations induced by severe burn.

(A–C) The inhibition effects of human umbilical cord-MSCs on infiltration degrees of total inflammatory cells, neutrophils, macrophages in liver, kidney, lung, heart and spleen were significantly reduced after TSG-6 siRNA knockdown and rhTSG-6 administration got a good anti-inflammatory effects (The light microscopy, 400×). (D) Quantitative analysis of positive staining for neutrophils (MPO) and macrophages (CD68) were shown in the corresponding histograms. Values are represented as mean ± SD (n = 6). A sterisk (*) and double asterisk (**) stand for p < 0.05 and p < 0.01 compared with burn group, respectively.
