From: Dynamic defect correlations dominate activated electronic transport in SrTiO3
From the integrated intensities of the Ti 2p and Sr 3d peaks, a Sr/Ti ratio of 1.5 is inferred, suggesting excess Sr is present on the surface. The data in the inset reveal the presence of Si on the surface of the sample.
