Different responses to water deprivation between the wheat cultivars carrying TaGLDH-A1a or TaGLDH-A1b.

Among the eight Xinjiang wheat cultivars tested, Achun 2, Qichun 5, Tuchun 6 and Yichun 4 had TaGLDH-A1a whereas Jiuchun 1, Kashibaipi, Redstar and Xinchun 3 possessed TaGLDH-A1b.
