Ectopic overexpression of legumain in RAW 264.7 macrophages stimulates angiogenesis in vitro.

A stable legumain-overexpressing RAW 264.7 cell line was established. Cell lysates and conditioned medium were collected. (A) Western blotting of legumain in cell lysates and conditioned medium. (B,C) Tube formation assays using HUVECs were performed with addition of conditioned medium from legumain-overexpressing RAW 264.7 cells or the control with or without the legumain inhibitor RR-11a.
