Purification of human GlcT by the S-MF method.
(a) Purification of SUMO-tagged human GlcT by the S-MF method. Cell-free produced SUMO-tagged human GlcT in the 100,000 g supernatant was purified by SEC with a Superose 6 Increase column (b), after the His-affinity purification with the N11-tag on the N-terminus of GlcT. The purified samples were analyzed by SDS-PAGE with Coomassie Brilliant Blue staining. The experiment was performed once.
