The rescuing effect of intrathymically injected IL-27. CD11c-cre p28flox/flox and WT mice received intrathymic injection of IL-27 or PBS.
Two days later, the thymocytes were collected, stained with antibodies for CD4, CD8, CD69, Qa-2 and analyzed by flow cytometry.
