  1. LT50 represents time in days that 50 percent of WCR larvae (n=45–48) are killed by dsRNA at concentrations of 5 or 50 ng μl−1. Fragments of five active targets were selected for LT50 determination based on dose response assay results (Table 1 and Supplementary Table 2). LT50 values with different letters are significantly different based on non-overlap of 95% CI (P < 0.05).
