Figure 1: Induction of durable antibody responses in mice immunized with a tetravalent recombinant lipidated dengue envelope protein domain III.

Groups of BALB/c mice were immunized subcutaneously twice with a tetravalent vaccine (10 μg of each serotype of recombinant lipidated dengue envelope protein domain III) or PBS at a 4-week interval. Serum samples were collected at 4, 8, 12, and 20 weeks after the first immunization. IgG antibodies against D1ED III, D2ED III, D3ED III, and D4ED III were evaluated by ELISA, respectively. Data represent the mean ± standard deviation from total 12 mice of 2 experiments.
