Jurkat cells transduced with the indicated shRNAs were infected with viral particles pseudotyped with either HIV-1 NL4-3 (A) or VSV-G (B) envelopes, and 48 h later the percentage of intracellular Gag (iGag) positive cells was measured by flow cytometry. Values represent mean ± SEM of 5 or more independent transductions and are expressed relative to the percentage observed for non-transduced (NT) cells.*P < 0.05, ***P < 0.001 versus sh-SCRAM (Kruskal-Wallis test).
