Mfn2 siRNA causes the redistribution of mitochondria.
(A) Oocytes microinjected with Mfn2 or control siRNA were incubated in M2 medium containing 2.5 μM milrinone for 24 h and then transferred to milrinone-free M2 medium for 12 h. This was followed by immunostaining with MitoTracker (red) and Hoechst 33342 (blue). (B) The percentages of oocytes with abnormal distribution of mitochondria in the Mfn2 siRNA and control groups.
