(A) mRNA levels of TNFα, IL-6, IL-10 and SOCS3 in livers from WT and KO mice treated for 0 h, 45 min and 4 h with 5 mg/kg LPS. Data (means ± s.e) are expressed as fold-induction over the values obtained at time 0 in the untreated WT animals. Significance of Bonferroni post-hoc test (n = 3) between WT and KO mice is indicated. (B) Levels of the same mRNAs after injection of 1 mg/kg LPS for the indicated times.
