TGFB1 has been shown to regulate the expression of 46 of the differentially expressed genes in this dataset.

Bioinformatic analysis with IPA software identified TGFB1 as a regulator of genes that were differentially expressed in T lymphocytes from M. bovis infected cattle. Gene products are positioned according to their sub cellular localisation in the extracellular space, plasma membrane, cytoplasm and nucleus. Genes up regulated are shown in red, down-regulated genes are shown in green.
