Suppression of PIDD or RAIDD expression attenuates rotenone-induced cell death in SH-SY5Y cells.
(A,B) After SH-SY5Y cells were transfected with PIDD or RAIDD siRNAs or non-targeting siRNA for 24 h, cells were treated with rotenone for 48 h. Relative levels of each protein in drug-treated cells were expressed as a ratio of the densitometric value of each protein to that of Actin using the Bio-Rad Gel Doc System.
