(A) Huh7.5 cells were infected with Jc1 for 48 h and then transiently transfected with either empty vector or Flag-tagged ARFRP1 expression plasmid. Total cell lysates harvested at 48 h after transfection were immunoblotted with the indicated antibodies. (B) Huh7.5 cells were treated as described in (A) and extracellular HCV RNAs were quantified by qRT-PCR. Experiments were performed in duplicate. Error bars indicate the standard deviations of the means. The asterisks indicate a significant difference (**p < 0.01).
